Credits are the currency used to access our design tools and features. Each feature has a specific credit cost, and credits are deducted from your account when you use a tool. You can purchase credits through our monthly or yearly plans, or buy them individually. Monthly plan credits are replaced by a fresh allotment each billing cycle. A yearly plan is a single payment for 12 months, and any unused credits carry forward into the next year you buy.

No. A yearly plan is a single payment that gives you 12 months of access, with no auto-renewal and no mandate on your card or bank account. Because it is a one-off payment, you can pay by netbanking or UPI. We show you a reminder inside the app before your access ends, and you can buy your next year whenever you like. Any unused credits carry forward when you do.

From your Billing page. Sign in and open textile-designer.ai/billing, find your plan card and click Cancel subscription. Tell us why (one click), then confirm. Your plan cancels at the end of the current period: you keep access and your credits until that date, and nothing further is charged. Only auto-renewing plans need cancelling; yearly plans, and Unlimited plans bought in INR, are single payments that simply end. Organisation admins can cancel their organisation's plan, and on a self-serve account the person who bought the plan can cancel it. Changed your mind? Renew from the same page any time before the period ends.

Agentic Workflows let you chain our AI tools into multi-step pipelines that run end-to-end on their own. Pick a ready-made template like Design to Print-Ready, Photo to Design Inspiration, or Symmetrical Tool, or build your own and mix auto-running steps with review checkpoints where you want a human in the loop. Workflows are included on every plan; each step charges its normal credit cost, with the core tools still costing no credits on eligible plans.

It depends on the plan. On Individual and Teams credit plans, the core tools run without spending credits (repeats, ready to print, design extension, style transfer, color transfer, design creation); everything else uses your credit balance. The Unlimited plans (Solo, Studio, Team, Scale) are different: every tool is included and there are no credits to count at all, apart from Super Scaler 8x and cataloguing.

On an exceptionally heavy day new jobs may take a little longer to start, and the task panel tells you when. Boost is a button on that panel that moves waiting designs to the priority queue; you get 5 Boosts a month for every designer. Every day starts fresh at midnight. Need more? Boosts can be added any time and never expire. No credits, no per-image charges, nothing to top up.

Individual plans are designed for freelancers and solo designers with a single user account. Team plans support unlimited users and include additional features like admin dashboards, master dashboards, and team management tools. Team plans are ideal for design studios, agencies, and organizations with multiple designers.

If you run out of credits, you can buy top-up credits from inside the app. Top-up credits never expire and are used only after your monthly plan credits, so nothing you buy is lost at the next reset. You can also upgrade to a higher plan.

We accept credit cards, debit cards, UPI, netbanking and bank transfers, all processed securely through our payment gateway. Yearly plans are a single payment, so netbanking and UPI work for them. Monthly plans renew automatically and need a card or a UPI mandate.

Yes, credits can be used for all features in our platform. However, some features like color matching and downloads are free and don't require credits. The credit cost for each feature is displayed in the credit cost table and shown before you use a feature.
